The Alessian Empire, also known as the First Empire, was a realm located in central Tamriel, ruled by the Emperor, Lord of Heaven, and King-ut-Cyrod, the monarch that sat upon the throne of the Imperial City (renamed from Admerisel). The Empire was founded after a successful slave rebellion led by Alessia, who went on to become the first human emperor to rule the region of Cyrod. The empire itself lasted almost two-thousand years, spanning from 243 to 2321 of the First Era.
At its prime, the Alessian Empire encompassed most of central Tamriel and reached as far as X.
