Alluin IV was the fourth High Aldarch of the Church of Alaxon to take the name 'Alluin', and served as the head of the Church during the Arana conquest of the Summerset Archipelago in the early First Era.
He was responsible for the submission of Elorne during the conquest as well as the second coronation of Aerel I Arana in Eldarhall.
