Cinnabar Barrim, also known as Cinnabar of Taneth, is a Redguard scholar from the royal House of Barrim, the ruling dynasty of Taneth. It is believed by some that she was a member of the Mages Guild, yet no historical sources exist to corroborate this claim, and surviving Guild records from the time are either scarce or lost to time.
Cinnabar had a well-known deeply-seeded rivalry with a fellow scholar, Phrastus of Elinhir, primarily motivated by his commoner background, contrasting sharply with Cinnabar's own noble lineage.

Quotes by Cinnabar[]
Unlike my contemporary, Phrastus of Elinhir, who alienates readers with his self-serving agenda, I find that starting with an unbiased, concrete example works best as an introduction.
